YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK

MONTANA, WYOMING, IDAHO: Visited July 2020

Yellowstone National Park was established in 1872, making it the very first national park in the United States and in the world. The park is almost 3,200 square miles and spans over 3 states. Making it the 2nd largest national park not in Alaska.

Grand Loop

Yellowstone National Park is HUGE! This is the route that my travel partner and I took down below broken into two parts. It was a VERY long drive with lots of stopping and going. It was the height of Covid 19 and everybody going outside. There was LOTS of traffic. Lots of people stopping, and of course, buffalo crossing the road. But I think overall, for only being there a day, we did VERY well!
